MISSING SINCE FEBRUARY 27TH, 2019
R.J. is 8 years old. 95 lbs. And about 3'7" tall. He was picked up from school by his Father on Feburary 27th. His Mother passed in June of 2017, and he has resided with his Grandmother, Tammy Bowles of Manchester, Ga, since the age of 2. He has yet been reported to have enrolled R.J. in any school. R.J. is autistic and his grandmother had him in a special program at school as well as others. He has another younger brother in which Ms. Tammy Bowles also has in her care since infancy. He removed the child from school without a court order. The school stated that Didymus Kimbrough was on the pickup list, when Ms. Bowles, the registering grandmother, denies having him on the pick up list. Mountview Elementary School in Manchester, GA denied to provide a copy of the registering document after the incident of pickup. Didymus Kimbrough attempted to forcefully remove the child from the residence of Ms. Tammy Bowles 3 nights prior at approximately 8pm but denied by Ms. Bowles and Law enforcement due to the lack of a court order.
